Yellowjacket - Southern

Scientific name: Vespula squamosa

The Southern Yellowjacket can be found in the Eastern US, parts of Mexico and Central America. They can up to 4,000 workers by August. As with all yellowjackets, early trapping of the queen will eliminate potential colonies.
